• Customer Service Representative
• Proofer

Available Positions & Responsibilities

Seasonal Sales Assistant - $23/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and support
• Verify customer orders for accuracy
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
• Import and maintain customer and gift list information
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Seasonal Customer Service Representative - $21/hr + Based on Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle high-volume inbound customer calls
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Research and troubleshoot customer issues
• Complete customer service and credit-related documentation
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely follow-up

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus

Seasonal Proofreader - $21/hr + Based on Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Proofread and correct order information for accuracy
• Review documents for spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors
• Assist with processing automated payment links after proofreading
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding spelling and punctuation skills
• Basic knowledge of office equipment, including printers and scanners
