Job Description
Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $15/hr
Shift: Monday - Thursday – 6 am - 4:30 pm
Must be available to work overtime on weekdays and weekends, as needed
Job Description:
Under general supervision, perform any of the following activities as assigned: moves, tracks, sorts, and handles product.
- Loading packaged shipments onto shipping trucks
- Bundling packages prior to loading
- Operating hand trucks for loading of individual packages
- Unloading incoming shipments from shipping trucks and staging in the warehouses
- Recording inventory
- Recording changes to scheduled shipments
- General warehouse maintenance and housekeeping
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse or loading/unloading experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Dependable and able to work well in a team environment
