Customer Service Representative
Reports To: Customer Service Supervisor

Position Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our customers by providing accurate information, processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, computer proficient, and able to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, products, and company programs.
• Process customer orders, changes, and returns accurately and efficiently.
• Work with the credit department to resolve billing and credit disputes.
• Communicate customer concerns and service issues to the appropriate teams.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established company procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment

This position is based in a professional office environment and requires regular use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment. The role may require standing, walking, reaching, and handling materials as needed.
