Clinical RN Supervisor

As a Clinical RN Supervisor, you will oversee clinical operations in an outpatient clinic, reporting to the Administrator and supervising mixed clinical staff. This clinical role focuses on patient safety, strong clinical outcomes, coordinated care, and compliance with applicable policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for outpatient clinic operations.
• Supervise and support mixed clinical staff.
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care.
• Complete allergy testing and mixing
• Manage staff scheduling and medication management.
• Monitor quality assurance, clinical outcomes, and patient safety.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Document and report incidents appropriately.
• Support staff development and clinical communication.

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical nursing supervision.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience with patient assessment and care planning.
• Medication administration experience.
• Experience using electronic health records.
• Knowledge of quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
• Leadership and clinical communication skills.
