Leasing Consultant - Bilingual (Spanish) - Immediate start

Our team is currently seeking bilingual (Spanish) leasing consultants to work at a community in Falls Church, Virginia, and the surrounding areas!

Responsibilities:

• Actively engage prospects and relay pertinent information about amenities
• Bilingual English and Spanish
• Take diligent notes and record specific details about prospects' needs and wants for their future home
• Report to Property Manager with updates and list of duties to be completed
• Host open houses on weekends when applicable
• Stay up-to-date on *special offers* - may change on a daily basis
• Research surrounding area to adequately communicate the benefits of living in the area
• Administrative tasks where needed

Qualifications:

• Leasing experience required
• Ability to build rapport, qualify prospects, and close leases
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
