WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support daily property management operations.
• Assist with leasing, occupancy, and resident retention.
• Process applications, leases, renewals, and resident documentation.
• Assist with collections and resident accounts.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, inspections, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Provide exceptional service to residents, vendors, and team members.
• Support the Property Manager with daily administrative responsibilities.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous multifamily/property management experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized, dependable, and professional.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Property management software experience is a plus.
• Available to start immediately.
