Automotive Service Support Specialist

A large commercial truck manufacturer seeks a Dealership Support Specialist to manage incoming dealer repair cases and continue to foster dealer relations.

• Location: Anaheim, CA
• $ 33 – 40 per hour, non-exempt
• Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• About 2 months temporary contract

Requirements of the Dealership Support Specialist:

• Experience with automotive or truck dealership service department
• Experience with automotive components, repair techniques, and dealer processes
• Proficient in MS Office 360 applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective planning and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work with and motivate dealer service personnel

Responsibilities of the Dealership Support Specialist:

• Monitor and oversee dealer repair case activity within the proprietary platform
• Provide solutions to dealer service and parts personnel to reduce extended repair periods
• Monitor case closures, generate periodic reports, and contribute to daily aging case discussions
• Assist with Dealer training scheduling and follow up to support ongoing training support
• Support remote training as needed
• Miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
