We are looking for caring professionals who take pride in helping others and making a positive difference in the lives of the people we serve.Position SummaryWe are seeking reliable and compassionate Caregivers to provide in-home support and assistance to our clients. Caregivers will help clients with daily activities while promoting their comfort, dignity, safety, and independence.Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and transfers as needed
- Prepare meals and provide assistance with feeding when appropriate
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Provide medication reminders as directed
- Observe and report changes in the client's condition
- Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
- Follow the client's care plan and company policies
- Complete required documentation and care records
- Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the care team
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving or home-care experience preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and responsible
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
