• Tax Credit Leasing Professional

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous apartment/multifamily leasing experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Tax Credit/LIHTC experience for applicable positions.
• Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills.
• Experience with apartment tours, applications, and resident relations.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Property management software experience is a plus.
• Texas Real Estate License preferred, but not required.
