Direct Support Professional

At the present time, we are looking for experienced individuals to fill the role as Direct Support Professionals. The right candidate will be responsible for providing compassionate care and assistance to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a home type setting. If you have prior experience working with developmentally disabled adults in a direct care role, we encourage you to apply for this position. Experience preferred, but not necessary. Willing to provide training the right candidate. There is a shift differential for weekend hours. Oak Manor is included in the registry for CNA's to maintain their certification.

We are currently looking to fill several full time positions as well some part time hours.

Emergency Relief (Per Diem) positions also available

Staff assist residents with all aspects of daily life, including meal preparation, cleaning, personal hygiene, medication administration, accessing community activities, linking to scheduled activities and coordinating to health care. Applicants must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent and a valid PA Driver's License.
