Leasing Consultant

The Leasing Consultant will support a multifamily apartment portfolio, reporting to the Property Manager and focusing on new resident acquisition and occupancy improvement. This role combines property tours, lease processing, tenant screening, resident relations, and property marketing, with opportunities to grow into sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging property tours for prospective residents.
• Process leases accurately and efficiently.
• Complete tenant screening in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Build positive relationships with current and prospective residents.
• Support property marketing initiatives to attract new residents.
• Contribute to occupancy improvement and new resident acquisition goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in leasing and property management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Experience with property management software.
• Understanding of lease administration.
• Strong customer service skills.
