ABOUT US

Maneki Japan International Inc. operates Maneki Baby and EastBridge Logistics from one warehouse near I-95 at Copans Road. Maneki Baby supplies diapers and training pants to Amazon, grocery chains, and distributors in Florida and the Caribbean. EastBridge Logistics provides pallet storage and cargo consolidation for Bahamas and Caribbean shippers.

We are seeking one Inside Sales Representative / Operations Coordinator to develop new customer opportunities and manage the office workflow from quotes through payment. You will work directly with the owner, who closes deals, and help build our sales processes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Spend mornings prospecting by phone, targeting 100 outbound dials per week to grocery chains, freight forwarders, island couriers, distributors, and Amazon sellers.

• Qualify prospects, book meetings with the owner, maintain CRM records, and send quotes the same day.

• Coordinate quotes, invoices, prepayments, receivables follow-up, and warehouse billing.

• Maintain vendor portals, forms, and records for contracts, insurance, permits, and certificates.

• Track outbound activity, meetings held, quotes sent, invoicing within 24 hours, and overdue receivables.

WHAT YOU BRING

• At least 2 years of inside sales experience in freight, third-party logistics, distribution, or consumer goods.

• Hands-on experience preparing customer quotes and invoices.

• Fluency in English and either Spanish or Russian for customer communication.

• Daily experience using Odoo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or a similar CRM. QuickBooks experience is a plus.

• Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to balance customer outreach with accurate office administration.

• Availability to work on-site in Pompano Beach during the stated schedule.

COMPENSATION AND GROWTH

Starting base salary: $48,000 per year ($4,000 per month), with a 90-day review and potential increase to $54,000 per year ($4,500 per month).

Uncapped commission on accounts you open: 10% of collected logistics revenue and 3% of collected product revenue, paid for the first 6 months per account. You also receive $50 for each meeting held with the owner.

After the first 90 days, sales performance provides the opportunity to reach $60,000–$65,000 in annual total earnings, including base salary and earned commissions. This amount is not guaranteed and is not an automatic salary increase; actual earnings depend on sales results.

There is a path toward Sales & Operations Manager as you build your account portfolio and take on responsibility for training and managing a future sales hire.
