Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production machinery, conveyor systems, motors, and electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and maintenance manuals.
• Repair or replace defective components using hand tools and precision instruments.
• Support equipment fabrication and maintenance documentation.
• Follow safety procedures, including PPE and dedicated equipment requirements in gluten-free production areas.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Food manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including high- and low-voltage systems.
• Knowledge of PLCs, servo motors, and industrial machinery.
• Industrial maintenance certification preferred.
• Welding experience with mild steel and stainless steel is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
