Driving Instructor

Rally Driving School is hiring a dependable driving instructor who takes teaching seriously. We’re looking for someone patient, punctual, and proactive who helps students improve with every lesson.

Responsibilities

• Teach beginners, refresher students, and students preparing for their road test.
• Provide clear instruction on parking, turns, lane changes, observation, and safe driving habits.
• Identify each student’s weaknesses and tailor lessons to address them.
• Give useful feedback and communicate student progress to the office.
• Arrive prepared and on time, follow the lesson schedule, and keep the vehicle clean.
• Stay attentive throughout every lesson and follow school policies.

What we’re looking for

• Valid New York driver’s license and a driving record that meets school and insurance requirements.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and a professional attitude.
• Someone who takes initiative, accepts feedback, and follows through consistently.
• Spanish-speaking is a must
