Work Model:
- On-Site to start, Hybrid available after onboarding
What You Will Do:
- Handle inbound calls and accurately document all member interactions
- Respond to standard and complex customer inquiries via phone or email regarding products, services, and coverage options
- Research and follow up on customer issues promptly and professionally
- Assist with payments, rate and plan information, and coverage changes
- Route members to the appropriate carriers for claims or additional information
- Gather missing details and escalate issues when necessary to ensure member satisfaction
What You Will Need To Be Successful:
- At least 1 year of call center experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport
- Strong computer proficiency with comfort managing multiple screens and applications simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
