Shipping and Receiving Clerk

The Shipping/Receiving/Stockroom Clerks are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of incoming and outgoing shipments as well as stockroom inventory control. This role ensures accurate documentation, timely deliveries, timely receipts, and proper handling of goods to maintain inventory integrity and support smooth logistical operations.

Each clerk may spend most of their time in a certain area (shipping or receiving or stockroom) but is also expected to work together with others and be cross-trained to perform all duties if needed.

• Good computer skills required. Email, MS Word, MS Excel, etc.

• Experience with a computerized ERP system such as Odoo, NetSuite, Sage, etc.

• 2+ Years Shipping/Receiving experience in a manufacturing environment, including use of freight company portals and U.S. Customs portal, is preferred

• Use of Shipper portals like UPS or Fedex to prepare shipment
