Schedule:  Multiple Shifts Available Plus Overtime

                   1st Shift: 6a-6p

                   1st Shift - 7:3a - 6p

                   3rd Shift - 6p - 6a

Production Associate Job Description:

PrideStaff is working with a local manufacturer that is seeking multiple Production Associates to join their growing team. The Production Associates will be working to produce lightweight, foam products. The ideal Production Associate is hard-working, willing to learn, dependable, and able to work overtime on Saturdays. The Production Associate is a full-time, temp-to-hire position in Houston, TX.

Production Associate Job Responsibilities:

• Safely Operate Production Machinery
• Cut Foam to Specific Requirements
• Glue Pieces Together Accurately
• Prepare Finished Products for Packaging
• Follow all Safety Guidelines & Maintain a Clean Work Area

Production Associate Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Entry-level Position, no Experience Necessary - Training Provided
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is Required
• Must be Willing to Work Saturdays
• Have a Strong Work Ethic; be Reliable, Dependable & Punctual
• Be Able to Stand for Long Periods of Time & Lift Lightweight Foam Pieces
