Dental Receptionist / Front Desk

American Dental Center in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Dental Receptionist to start. The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and comfortable supporting patients and front-desk operations in a dental office. Must have dental insurance billing knowledge. and be bilingual

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients at the front desk.
• Manage incoming phone calls with professional phone etiquette.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients.
• Organize front-desk activities and maintain an orderly reception area.
• Use Dentrix software to support daily office operations.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a front-desk or receptionist role.
• Knowledge of Dentrix software.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.
