Job Overview

We are seeking an addition to our BOH team, the ideal candidate enjoys both line cooking and prep cooking as we are heavily a scratch-based kitchen. We are a year-round eatery, established & growing catering business & are entering the food truck space this summer.

Pay DOE ($15-$19/hr) - Benefits - Bonuses - Weekend availability is a must.

Growth opportunities are available for the right candidate. (leadership, sales/client facing, etc.)

Duties

• Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards and sanitation regulations across all kitchen areas
• Prepare food on the line for in house guests
• Maintain clean working environments
• Set up coworkers on subsequent shifts for success through prep, cleaning & communication
• Assist with catering and restaurant food preparations
• Participate in kitchen equipment maintenance and cleanliness to promote a safe working environment

Skills/Experience

• Kitchen experience/know how - does not have to be commercial experience for the right candidate - You just need to love food/cooking and be a great coworker
• Ability to comply with our food safety programs and compliance with health regulations
