Medical Call Center Representative (Bilingual)

Berkeley Eye Center is seeking a friendly and professional Medical Call Center Representative to join our team in Kingwood. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting patients with insurance-related questions.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and route incoming phone calls
• Schedule patient appointments
• Verify insurance coverage
• Provide outstanding patient service
• Assist with front desk coverage as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of medical appointment scheduling experience required
• Medical insurance verification experience preferred
• Ability to manage high call volumes
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• EMR experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
