Manufacturing Technician Assistant (MTA)/Filler Operator

Support the production of food and beverage products as part of a shift-based manufacturing team. This role focuses on preparing batches, handling ingredients, blending liquids, monitoring processes, and maintaining quality and safety standards while meeting production volume and output expectations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare batches according to production requirements.
• Handle ingredients safely and accurately.
• Blend liquid food and beverage products.
• Monitor production processes and operating conditions.
• Conduct quality testing on liquid products.
• Follow safety and manufacturing compliance procedures.
• Meet production volume and output expectations within a shift-based team.

Required Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Employee must have basic math skills of addition, subtraction, multiplication and
• division.
• Employee must be able to multi-task and have the flexibility to switch tasks and divisions as needed.
• Reliable, predictable attendance is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States, must pass a background check, and must pass a drug test
  
  Available Shifts:
  • 1st shift (6:00a.m-2:30p.m./ Monday-Friday) ($20)
  • 2nd shift (2:00p.m-10:30p.m./ Monday-Friday) ($21)
  • 3rd shift (10:00p.m-6:30a.m. / Sundays & Thursday Off) ($22)
  
  Compensation Pay & Benefits:
• $1 increase
• Temp to hire after completing 720 working hours
