Warehouse Associate - Now Hiring

Our client, a distributor in Twinsburg, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team supporting day-to-day material handling, order fulfillment, and inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will bring high energy, self-motivation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read and follow instructions in English—skills that will help you succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Twinsburg, OH

Pay Range: $17.50/hour

Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM + Overtime

What's the Job?

• Unload, verify parts, scan items, and pull materials to support warehouse operations.
• Move goods and materials in fast-paced environments across assigned work areas such as Receiving, Putaway, Packaging, Shipping, VAS, and/or inventory.
• Unpack materials and build new products through kitting (as assigned by the floor supervisor).
• Review and update product license tags, reporting any discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
• Follow quality SOP for the assigned area, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and support inventory controls and audit readiness.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• High energy level and self-motivation to keep pace with warehouse demands.
• Ability to read and follow instructions in English.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when verifying, scanning, and updating inventory information.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.
