Warehouse Associate - Now Hiring

Our client, [Industry Descriptor] is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Tool Room / Inventory Support team supporting internal customers by locating, preparing, and verifying requested items. The ideal candidate will have strong reliability, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to learn product and work order details quickly, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Whitehall, MI

Pay Range: $17.50/h

Shift: Nights (40 hour)

What's the Job?

• Pull and prepare items requested for pickup, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Assist internal customers at the service counter by locating and preparing requested tools, parts, and supplies
• Verify incoming inventory and confirm stock items are placed in the proper locations
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe storeroom environment that supports efficient operations
• Read and follow work orders accurately to meet daily warehouse and inventory needs

What's Needed?

• Minimum 6 months of recent, stable work history (no gaps over 3 months)
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic with a consistent attendance record
• Ability to learn product information quickly and apply it accurately to requests
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
