Companion Care Needed - Now Hiring

About who needs care: There is neurological damage to my left arm, left arm is totally paralyzed, I am still working from home. Ideal day: three good meals, caregiver carries small items(such as drink cup or MacBook up and down the stairs(house is a splitlevel). Besides working, I watch tv and do Zoom calls and Zoom. seminars with Landmark Worldwide. If it's acceptable, I would like some help or encouragement with some simple exercises. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
