Babysitter Needed - Now Hiring

Childcare for a 2YO and baby. Mom works from home, Dad outside of the home. We are hoping to have a third, so were really looking for a nanny that can grow and stay with us long term. We would be overjoyed to find a Spanish speaker. 2 YO really benefits from structure and predictability. Is obsessed with being outside. Baby is so far a good sleeper. Responsibilities outside of childcare would be limited to preparing their food and maintaining their play spaces (bedrooms, playroom on main floor, basement play area)
