What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide in-home rehabilitation services to improve mobility, independence, safety, and daily living skills.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to help patients achieve their recovery goals.
• Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and adjust care plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other members of the care team to deliver coordinated, high-quality patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment, and strategies to promote safety and independence at home.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Nevada.
• At least one year of experience in occupational therapy, rehabilitation, or a related clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with patients and families.
• A compassionate, patient-focused approach and a genuine desire to make a difference.
• Excellent organization, documentation, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of providing in-home patient care.
