General Manager, Fine Dining Restaurant

We’re seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high volume, upscale dining operation in Chicago.

This is an opportunity for a hospitality leader who excels at delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing strong teams, and driving financial performance in a sophisticated restaurant environment.

What We’re Looking For

• 5 to 10 years of progressive restaurant management experience
• At least 3 years as a General Manager in a high volume restaurant preferred
• Strong background in upscale dining, fine dining, or premium restaurant concepts
• Proven P&L management and cost control experience
• Expertise in wine, cocktails, service standards, and guest relations
• A track record of developing teams and improving restaurant profitability

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary of $120,000 to $130,000, 10 days of PTO, and 100% employer paid individual health insurance.
