Accounts Receivable Associate (Hybrid)

Pittsburgh area corporation in need of an Accounts Receivable Associate.

Responsibilities to include:

• Accounts receivable process and controls
• Customer invoicing, collections and supporting other areas
• Perform various account reconciliations on a monthly basis
• Collaborating with project controlling and the project execution teams in recording A/R invoicing and related analysis.
• Work closely with internal and external auditors, providing support mainly for accounts receivable.
• Collaborate with other areas in recording and analyzing financial reporting

Requirements:

• 3+ years of related A/R experience; collections experience preferred
• Proficient accounting/ERP software skills; experience working with SAP a plus
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a faster paced enviro
• Team player willing to provide assistance to others as needed
