Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a Psychiatrist or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for clients receiving behavioral health services at Kindred Treatment Center, a Maryland Outpatient Mental Health Center (OMHC).

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
• Collaborate with the clinical team on treatment planning and care coordination
• Document services in compliance with Maryland COMAR, BHA, and payer requirements
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and support crisis/safety planning as needed

Qualifications

• Current Maryland license as a Psychiatrist (MD/DO) or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (CRNP-PMH / PMHNP-BC)
• Active DEA registration
• Experience providing outpatient psychiatric medication management preferred
• Experience with dual-diagnosis or substance use disorder populations a plus

We provide medication management & psychiatric services, mental health therapy, substance abuse treatment and related services.
