Staff Force is currently hiring experienced Surgical Equipment Assemblers to join our team! We are looking for detail-oriented individuals with assembly experience who can work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
✅ Assemble surgical equipment components with precision and accuracy
✅ Follow detailed work instructions and production guidelines
✅ Use hand tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks
✅ Inspect finished products to ensure quality requirements are met
✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
✅ Meet daily production goals while maintaining attention to detail
Requirements:
✔ Previous assembly experience required
✔ Experience with medical or surgical equipment is a plus
✔ Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
✔ Ability to work with small components and follow instructions
✔ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
