Warehouse Worker / Packaging Associate

Job Summary

We are hiring Warehouse Workers / Packaging Associates to support a new production line in a clean, climate-controlled facility. This position primarily involves taking finished products off the production line, packing them into boxes, and preparing them for shipment.

This is a repetitive, hands-on position, so candidates should be comfortable performing consistent packaging tasks throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Retrieve finished products from the production line
• Package finished products into boxes for shipment
• Perform repetitive packing and production tasks efficiently
• Ensure products are packaged and labeled accurately
• Assist with picking and order preparation as needed
• Use RF scanners when required
• Load and move products throughout the work area
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Work with team members to keep production moving efficiently

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, production, packing, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable performing repetitive work throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a production environment

Work Environment

• Clean, climate-controlled warehouse
• Lab coat and hair net required
• Safety shoes required starting on the first day
• Safety shoe stipend provided within the first few weeks

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
