X-Ray/CT Technologist Job Description
This position is ideal for an experienced Rad Tech/CT Tech working nights from 2200 to 0800 on a 7 on/7 off schedule with no on-call requirements. The role involves providing radiology diagnostic imaging procedures in various departments, including oncology, neurosurgery, and orthopedics, in addition to supporting multiple clinics such as Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Urology, Women’s Health, and Pediatrics, along with a 78-bed hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of imaging procedures including fluoroscopy and CT scans.
- Provide high quality diagnostic films while maintaining safety techniques.
- Work autonomously and demonstrate a high level of skill and confidence in a dynamic environment.
- ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications are mandatory.
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Flu vaccination is required for the current flu season (from October 1st to April 1st, no declinations accepted).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field.
Nights from 2200 to 0800 on a 7 on/7 off schedule, with mandatory holiday coverage.
