Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Assembler to join our team. You will be responsible for assembling the main components of a variety of products, including microphones, wires, and micro cameras. The role requires flexibility as the specific tasks may depend on the work returned from Asia.

Responsibilities

• Assemble main components of products such as microphones, wires, and micro cameras.
• Read and interpret blueprints to guide assembly processes.
• Strip and crimp wires with precision.
• Follow detailed work instructions to ensure high-quality assembly.
• Utilize hand tools effectively in the assembly process.

Essential Skills

• Experience with repetitive assembly tasks.
• Proficiency in stripping and crimping wires.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions accurately.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with soldering and general assembly.
• Familiarity with blueprint reading is a plus.
• Knowledge of using micrometers is advantageous.

The position is within an assembly cable producing company, where you will engage in hands-on tasks in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of TORRANCE, CA.

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
