Responsibilities

• Pick and pack food products in a cold storage facility.
• Utilize RF scanners for inventory management.
• Maintain attention to detail while on your feet for the entirety of the shift.
• Perform heavy lifting as required.
• Communicate effectively regarding any delays or absences.

Essential Skills

• Experience in inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
• Proficiency in packaging, picking, and packing.
• Ability to work in a cold storage and production environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to adapt to extremely cold temperatures in the facility.
• Punctuality and reliability are crucial.
• Willingness to learn efficiency techniques and improve work processes.

Work Environment

This position requires working in a cold storage facility, where temperatures are extremely low. Employees must provide their own cold weather attire, including jackets, hats, and gloves, as these are not supplied. The first shift operates from Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, with potential for overtime based on workload.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clearfield, UT.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
