Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll from start to finish, ensuring all payments are completed accurately and within established deadlines.

• Manage and resolve payroll discrepancies, including garnishments and adjustments.

• Utilize timekeeping systems to track employee attendance and hours.

• Assist with leave of absence administration and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Leverage advanced Excel skills to analyze payroll data and prepare reports.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources is required.

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing.

• Experience using payroll software for payroll management.

• Strong understanding of payroll regulations in New Jersey.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively and resolve payroll-related issues.
