Surgery Manager
Muscle Shoals, AL
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + Sign-On Bonus
Lead Surgical Services and Drive Excellence in Patient Care
Qualifications: -
✅ Current Alabama RN License (or eligible to obtain)
✅ BLS Certification required (ACLS/PALS preferred as applicable)
✅ 5+ years of healthcare management experience
✅ 2-3+ years of Operating Room/Surgical Services experience
✅ Strong leadership, team-building, and operational management skills
✅ Must be willing to relocate to Muscle Shoals, AL within 30 days
