Location: Channelview, TX 77530
Schedule: 7am to 5:30pm
Hourly Rate: $18 per hour
Employment Type: Contract/Full-time

About the Role:Integrity Trade Services is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support warehouse operations through accurate data entry, forklift operation, and strong communication with customers and internal teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring orders are processed correctly and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and in person regarding orders, shipments, and product inquiries
• Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and speed
• Enter and update order information, inventory data, and shipping details into company systems
• Operate a forklift to move, load, and organize materials as needed
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to track orders, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely fulfillment
• Maintain organized records of transactions, customer interactions, and inventory updates
• Assist with scheduling deliveries, pickups, and order status updates
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous customer service experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Forklift experience required (certification preferred)
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and inventory/order management systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse setting
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Pass background screenings
