Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting a high school student as a dedicated 1:1 Registered Nurse for the 26/27 school year. This full-time role begins as soon as possible and extends through June 2027, offering you the chance to make a meaningful impact within an educational setting.

In this unique position, you’ll provide direct care and support to a male high school student throughout his school day, including riding with him to and from school. Each school day is approximately 7.5 hours, Monday through Friday, for a total of 35–37.5 hours per week. Your expertise will be essential in assisting the student with all personal care and hygiene needs, maintaining safety, and responding to health incidents as needed. While seizures are infrequent, your ability to administer emergency seizure medication ensures the student receives the highest level of responsive care.

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license required
• Experience or strong interest in working in school settings and with individual students
• Skilled in personal care, hygiene support, and medication administration
• Comfortable with daily bus transportation to and from school
• Commitment to student confidentiality, advocacy, and well-being
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Role Responsibilities:

• Accompany and supervise the student throughout the school day and during transport
• Provide personal care, hygiene assistance, and medical oversight
• Administer emergency seizure medication if necessary
