Clinical Setting\n

  Level III NICU

\n
• \n

  Licensed for 25–30 beds

\n
• \n

  Average daily census: 8–10 patients

\n
• \n

  Care for a full range of gestational ages

\n
• \n

  Excludes surgery and ECMO

\n
• \n

  Advanced ventilatory support with nitric oxide capabilities

  Participation in high-risk deliveries

\n
• \n

  Delivery attendance and neonatal resuscitation as needed

\n
• \n

  Collaborative team of neonatologists, physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary staff

Responsibilities\n

• \n

  Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a Level III NICU

\n
• \n

  Participate in high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitation

\n
• \n

  Collaborate with neonatologists, physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members

\n
• \n

  Communicate effectively with families regarding care plans and patient progress

\n
• \n

  Provide high-quality, evidence-based neonatal care
