### Assignment Details\n
• Location: Lansing, Michigan
\n
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
\n
• Minimum Commitment: Two or more weeks per month
\n
• Weekday Schedule: Monday‚ÄìFriday clinical coverage; specific daytime hours not provided
\n
• Call: Weeknight and weekend call
\n
• Call Hours: 7:00 AM‚Äì7:00 AM for applicable 24-hour coverage
\n
• Setting: Hospital-based
\n
• Patient Population: Adults
\n
• Weekend Volume: Approximately one surgical case per weekend
\n
• Credentialing: Approximately 90‚Äì120 days
\n
• EMR: Epic
### Requirements\n
• Board certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery
\n
• Active Michigan medical license at name clear
\n
• Michigan license must be obtained through the full application process; IMLC is not accepted
\n
• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
\n
• Ability to practice independently
\n
• Complete availability provided at name clear
\n
• NPDB Self-Query report completed within 30 days of presentation
\n
• Clean malpractice and licensure history highly preferred

• Level I trauma setting
\n
• Two dedicated cardiovascular surgery operating rooms during daytime hours
\n
• Independent cardiac and thoracic surgical coverage
\n
• Flight, hotel, and ground transportation or mileage covered
\n
