Moonlight Medical is seeking licensed mental health providers to perform independent disability evaluations on a flexible scheduling basis.

Opportunity highlights:

• Potential to earn $750 or more per scheduled exam day, based on completed evaluations
\n
• Commitment of one to two days per month
\n
• Weekend availability preferred, particularly Saturdays
\n
• Scheduling provided at least 30 days in advance
\n
• Evaluations and supporting documentation only
\n
• No prescribing, treatment, or follow-up care required
\n
• Medical malpractice coverage provided for contracted services
\n

Basic qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted professional license in the state of practice
\n
• Favorable professional practice history
\n
• Ability to commit to one or two exam days per month
\n
• Residence within approximately one hour of the exam location
\n
• Reliable transportation and attendance
\n
