Position Overview\n
\nWe are seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Physician specializing in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine to provide full-time onsite primary care services. This position offers a stable weekday schedule and the opportunity to work within a collaborative healthcare environment.\n
\nThe selected physician will provide comprehensive patient care, manage chronic and acute conditions, and work closely with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.\n
Key Responsibilities\n
\n•    Perform comprehensive medical assessments, examinations, and evaluations.\n
\n•    Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.\n
\n•    Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans.\n
\n•    Prescribe and manage medications.\n
\n•    Order, interpret, and review laboratory and diagnostic tests.\n
\n•    Maintain accurate and timely documentation within an electronic health record (EHR) system.\n
\n•    Complete medical reports, evaluations, and clinical summaries.\n
\n•    Refer patients to specialty providers as needed.\n
\n•    Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals.\n
\n•    Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer reviews, and interdisciplinary meetings.\n
\n•    Provide clinical guidance and support to healthcare staff.\n

Qualifications\n
Required\n
\n•    Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.\n
\n•    Board Eligible or Board Certified in:\n
\no    Internal Medicine, or\n
\no    Family Medicine, or\n
\no    Emergency Medicine.\n
\n•    Active Ohio Medical License.\n
\n•    Current BLS/CPR Certification (Healthcare Provider Level).\n
\n•    DEA Registration (required for prescribing responsibilities).\n
\n•    Experience in primary care or related clinical practice.\n
\nPreferred Skills\n
\n•    Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities.\n
\n•    Experience managing diverse patient populations.\n
\n•    Knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices.\n
\n•    Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).\n
\n•    Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.\n

Work Schedule & Caseload\n
\n•    Full-Time: 40 hours per week.\n
\n•    Flexible weekday schedule based on operational needs.\n
\n•    No on-call responsibilities.\n
\n•    No evening, weekend, or holiday coverage required.\n
\n•    Average patient volume: approximately 2.5 patients per hour.\n
