Assembler: Genoa City, Wisconsin
Our customer in Genoa City, Wisconsin, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. as Assembler to work full-time on 1st shift. As an Assembler, you are responsible for ensuring that all components are assembled correctly and efficiently, adhering to quality standards while working as part of a team to meet production goals.
Responsibilities of the Assembler:
- Assemble components and products according to blueprints and assembly instructions.
- Follow safety and quality guidelines throughout the assembly process.
- Use hand tools and small machinery to complete assembly tasks.
- Perform packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment.
- Inspect components and finished products for accuracy and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Assembler Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50lbs.
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions or blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work in a team setting and meet production deadlines.
Pay for Assembler: Starting at $17/hour
