What You’ll Do

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities and other challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Helping individuals achieve their goals for independence and community involvement.
• Monitoring and ensuring the safety and well-being of those you care for.
• Communicating effectively with individuals, families, and team members to provide the best possible care.
