Pay Rate: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience)
Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Location: Omaha, NE and surrounding areas
Start Date: Immediate Start Available
About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing care team. In this role, you will provide personalized, one-on-one care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life during the day.
Shift & Schedule Details
- Hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
- Schedule: Full-time work availability
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene)
- Assist with safe transfers and mobility support
- Assist with medication reminders and meal preparation
- Provide meaningful companionship and ensure a safe home environment
- Document care notes and communicate effectively with the care management team
- Active CNA License in the state of Nebraska
- Previous home care experience required
- Current CPR Certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured personal automobile
- A genuine passion for helping others and providing high-quality, person-centered care
- Strong communication, dependability, and organizational skills
- Competitive Pay: $16.00 – $19.00/hr based on experience
