As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff

• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices in CNA care

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Missouri

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
