We’re hiring compassionate, reliable CNAs who are smart, hungry, and humble to provide one-on-one care for patients in the comfort of their homes. This is a chance to build real relationships while helping patients maintain independence and dignity. This position primarily serves patients in the Heber City area, with travel to Park City, Coalville, Kamas, and surrounding communities as needed. Candidates must be comfortable traveling throughout the service area.

What You’ll Do

• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, mobility)
• Support exercises and basic care plans directed by an RN
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help maintain a safe, clean home environment
• Complete visit documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Utah Certified Nursing Assistant license required
• Meets Home Health Aide training requirements

• Strong communication and ability to follow direction
• Comfortable working independently in home settings
