Industrial Technician

Overview

We are looking for a dependable Industrial Maintenance Technician to help maintain and repair equipment in our manufacturing facility. This position involves mechanical repairs, electrical troubleshooting, and routine maintenance to keep machines running safely and reduce downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Replace bearings and grease equipment as needed.

• Take apart, repair, and rebuild pumps, valves, and gearboxes.

• Safely work with 480V electrical systems.

• Replace contactors, sensors, and other electrical components.

• Read HMI screens to identify machine faults and alarms.

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems to get equipment running again.

• Perform routine maintenance to keep equipment working properly and prevent breakdowns.

Qualifications & Skills

• Basic knowledge of mechanical repairs.

• Basic knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including motors, contactors, sensors, and 480V equipment.

• Ability to read an HMI and use it to find machine problems.

• Understanding of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and safe work practices.

• Ability to troubleshoot problems, work independently, and complete maintenance tasks safely and efficiently.
