Location: Conover, NC
Pay: $18.00/Hour
Schedule: 4-Day Workweek | Monday–Thursday

We’re looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join a growing manufacturing team in Conover, NC! If you enjoy hands-on work, have experience in the metalworking industry, and want an opportunity to grow your skills, this could be the perfect fit!

Your Schedule
Night Shift (After Training):
- Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM – 4:30 AM
- Optional Friday overtime as needed
Training Schedule (1st Shift):
- Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Must be available to train on days before transitioning to nights.
Breaks: Two 15-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch.
What You'll Be Doing
- Working hands-on with metal materials and manufacturing equipment.
- Assisting with CNC, welding, and fabrication operations.
- Using hand and power tools to support production.
- Inspecting materials and finished products for quality.
- Helping keep production running safely and efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in CNC, welding, OR metal fabrication is REQUIRED!
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work both the training and night shift schedules.
- Steel-toe shoes are required.
