Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and ordering automotive parts
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Maintain inventory and ensure parts are stocked
• Process orders and handle transactions
• Collaborate with service technicians to fulfill parts requests
• Keep the parts department organized and clean

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an automotive parts department is required
• Top pay for Ford experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills for inventory management
• Ability to lift heavy parts and stand for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent
